As we gear up for another exciting school year in Royse City ISD, it’s time to mark your calendars for the upcoming academic schedule. The onsite elementary school, Paula Walker Elementary School, at Waterscape is set to open in August 2024, and will serve grades Kindergarten through 5th, ensuring a nurturing environment for our young learners.

• Thanksgiving Break: Monday, 11/25 – Friday, 11/29 

• Winter Break: Monday, 12/23 – Friday, 01/03

Waterscape’s Elementary School is named in honor of Paula Walker, a distinguished educator who has dedicated 35 years to Texas public schools, with 32 of those years serving Royse City ISD.
