Waterscape Celebrates First Annual Halloween Decoration Contest

This past weekend, Waterscape held its first annual Halloween Decoration contest.

People spent most of the day preparing for the evening events. Candy was set out in buckets throughout the neighborhood for the kids to have a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience.

The contest was judged in four parts; scariest, funniest, best special effects, and best fall.
